 ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
All tools are covered by a one-year warranty. If
failure is due to a manufacturing defect, the tool will be repaired or
replaced at no charge. FOB factory.
The manufacturer
provides a one-year warranty to the original user against defective
material or workmanship. Purchaser agrees that the sole and exclusive
remedy against manufacturer shall be limited to the repair or
replacement of defective parts. Purchaser further agrees that no other
remedy, including but not limited to, incidental or consequential
damages for lost profits, lost sales, injury to persons or property, or
any other incidental or consequential loss, shall be available to it.
And, in any event, the liability of manufacturer for any damages shall
be limited to the purchase price of the equipment. The manufacturer
reserves the right to determine whether the part or parts failed because
of defective material, workmanship, or other causes. Failure caused by
accident, alteration, misuse, normal operation wear, or improper
packaging o returned units is not covered by this warranty. All warranty
repairs must be done by the factory. Any repair to the equipment other
than by the authorized facility voids this warranty. The rights under
this warranty are limited to the original user and may not be
transferred to subsequent owners. The warranty is in lieu of all other
warranties, express or implied, including warranties or merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. Quotations will be provided for
any repairs not covered under warranty (subject to current minimum order
charges, FOB factory). |
